About the first season:

According to legend, there is an anomalous zone in an abandoned building. People who visit this place become different and can never return to their former selves. An evil character named Vitalka has gathered some «chosen ones» to «tame» this anomalous zone for him. He desperately needs this power, but the «chosen ones» have their own plans for it.
