We only accept returns on defective (new) items. The buyer has 1 day to decide whether to return the item.
Return processing time is 7 days.
We also accept exchanges (for a different plan).
Refunds are issued upon contacting info@karbushtv.online and providing:
- phone number to which the account is registered
- write-off information
Subscription fees charged for automatic renewal, expiration of the trial period, or expiration of a promo code for a paid renewal are not grounds for a refund.
If the User cancels the Subscription, the remaining funds paid as a subscription fee for the relevant Subscription are non-refundable.
Refunds are only issued if the User has technical limitations preventing automatic subscription renewal from being disabled before the next payment.
A refund for a one-time purchase (purchase or rental of a movie) is only possible if there is a technical problem with the video file (file is missing; there are defects in the video that are repeated on the test device; the video does not match the purchased content).
