We only accept returns on defective (new) goods. The buyer has 1 day to decide whether to return the goods.
Return processing time is 7 days.
We also accept exchanges (for a different tariff)
Refunds are issued upon contacting info@karbushtv.online and providing:
- the phone number to which the account is registered
- information about write-off
Writing off for a subscription in case of automatic renewal, expiration of the trial period, or upon expiration of a promotional code with a paid renewal is not grounds for a refund.
If the User refuses to use the Subscription, the remainder of the funds paid by the User as a subscription fee for using the corresponding Subscription is non-refundable.
Refunds are made only if there are technical limitations on the user’s side for independently disabling automatic renewal of the subscription before the next payment.
Refunds for a one-time purchase (purchase or rental of a movie) are possible only in the event of a technical problem with the video file (the file is missing; there are defects in the video that are repeated on the test device; the video does not match the purchased content).
