The scenes were filmed for three seasons; the first season has already been released, and the second and third seasons are currently in the editing stage. Preparations for the fourth season are underway (the script is being written).

Each story is designed to be a trilogy, with a total of six stories planned. The series is a completely experimental project originating from a remote village in the Siberian district of the Omsk region, created as an experiment to understand the entire process from film production to distribution.

The series is considered amateur, which remains its distinguishing feature compared to all professional projects. The entire project was shot using the personal funds of the director and his acquaintances (patrons and investors). The director worked tirelessly, often sleepless nights, to capture every moment of his beloved project.

The series is filmed in the style of American Horror Story and Paranormal Activity, as reported by test audiences at screenings. The episodes were not assembled chronologically; although filming began back in 2011, the final version of what was shot will only be released in the third season.

Initially, the film «Another Reality: Remember Everything» was released, and then the storyline was expanded, transforming the project into a series.

The series has spin-off films, «Cursed,» from 2011 and 2016, which were released in limited distribution in Omsk. The plots of these films are integrated into the series’ storyline and appear in episodes of the first and third seasons.
