Privacy Policy of the KarbushTV Service

 

General Provisions

The current Privacy Policy of KarbushTV (hereinafter referred to as the «Policy») applies to the information provided by users (hereinafter referred to as «Users») of KarbushTV (hereinafter referred to as the «Service») during the registration process with the Limited Liability Company «Karbush Film Company» (hereinafter referred to as the «Administrator») (INN 5528206841, OGRN 1115543002013), located at: 644521, Russia, Omsk Region, Omsky District, village of Verkhnij Karbush, Sadovaya Street 4-1 (acting as the administrator and owner of the Service), as well as its affiliated entities that belong to the same group as the Administrator.

The Administrator places great importance on the protection and confidentiality of User information. Users can browse most pages of the Service without providing any personal information. However, the provision of certain services on the Service may require limited information from the User, as specified in this Policy. Any information about the User that the Administrator receives is used solely for the purpose of providing the services offered by the Service and improving their quality, as well as making the services and content of the Service easier and more convenient to use.

Below are the principles and methods of processing information of all Users of the Service who have agreed to the terms of this Policy.

The act of registering a User on the Service signifies the User’s unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing their information specified herein. If a User disagrees with these terms, they must refrain from registering on the Service.

**Description of the User Information Collected and Processed by the Service Administrator**

During the use of the Service, the following information is automatically transmitted to the Administrator via the software installed on the User’s device:
— IP address;
— Information from cookies;
— Information about the country and/or city where the device is located;
— Information about the Internet browser used by the subject (or other software accessing the online resource);
— Time of access to the pages of the online resource;
— Address of the requested page on the online resource;
— Details about the User’s device used to access the online resource (model, operating system, screen resolution, browser used, service provider);
— Advertising identifier of the subject in Apple services;
— Advertising identifier of the subject in Google services;
— Advertising identifier of the subject in AppsFlyer services;
— User identifier in social networks;
— Link to the user provided during authentication through a social network.

This Policy is applicable only to the Service. The Administrator does not control and is not responsible for the websites and software of third parties that the User may access through links available on the Service. On other third-party websites, different information may be collected or requested from the User, and other actions may be taken for which the Administrator is not responsible. The Administrator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by Users and does not monitor their legal capacity. However, the Administrator assumes that the User provides accurate and sufficient information and keeps that information up to date. The consequences of providing inaccurate information are defined in the User Agreement and the legislation of the Russian Federation.

 

**Purpose of Information Collection and Processing**

The Administrator uses the information solely for the purpose of providing the services offered by the Service and improving their quality, as well as to make the services and content of the Service easier and more convenient to use, including:

— Identifying the User within the framework of the agreement for the provision of paid services by the Service;
— Providing personalized and recommended services to the User of the Service;
— Personalizing the display of advertising materials to the User of the Service;
— Processing inquiries from Users by the Administrator or the Service’s support team;
— Conducting analysis and research to improve the Service, as well as its products and services;
— Sending news and promotional information about products, services, and special offers of the Service;
— Sending operational messages (e.g., for password recovery for the User’s account);
— Preventing and detecting fraud and illegal use of the Service and its services.

**Conditions for Information Processing**

The Administrator uses User information only for the purposes outlined in this Policy.

The confidentiality of User information is maintained.

The Administrator will not disclose, distribute, sell, alienate, or otherwise dispose of the received information to third parties, except for the purposes and in the manners provided for in this Policy.

In processing User information, the Administrator is guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

**User’s Right to Modify Information**

The User can at any time change (update, supplement) the information they have provided or any part of it by using the information editing feature in the User’s personal section on the Service.

**Protection of User Information**

The Administrator takes necessary and adequate organizational and technical measures to protect User information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

**Cookies**

A «cookie» is a small text file sent to the User’s computer’s hard drive from the Administrator’s server. Cookies contain information that may later be used by the Administrator.

No information collected by the Administrator via Cookies can be used to identify Users.

The Administrator may use Cookies to monitor the use of the Service, collect non-personal information about Users, and save preferences and other information on the User’s computer to save the time required for Users to repeatedly fill out the same information in the Service’s forms, as well as to display content during subsequent visits to the Service by the User.

Information obtained through Cookies may also be used by the Administrator for statistical research aimed at adjusting the content of the Service according to User preferences.

The User can change the settings for receiving Cookies in their browser settings or completely disable them; however, in this case, some functions of the Service may not work correctly.

**Opt-Out from Newsletters**

By accepting the terms of this Policy, the User agrees that by providing their phone number or email address in the account settings in a special section of the Service, the Administrator has the right to send the User information via short SMS messages or emails about services, new offerings, and terms of use of the Service, as well as other information, including promotional content.

The User has the right to opt out of receiving such information by independently disabling the subscription in the email parameters through a special link provided in the email, or by sending an email to the Administrator at info@karbushtv.online.

**Children’s Information**

The Administrator takes the protection of children’s information seriously and strives to safeguard the confidentiality of such information.

We encourage children under the age of 18 not to register on the Service or use it without the permission and involvement of parents or guardians, and not to provide any personal information about themselves.

The rules for using the Service require parents to ensure constant supervision of the use of the Service by children under the age of 18.

**Amendments to the Policy. User’s Consent to the Policy.**

The User acknowledges and agrees that registration on the Service, the creation of an account, and subsequent use of the Service or any of its services and functionality signifies the User’s unconditional agreement with all provisions of this Policy and their unreserved acceptance of its terms.

The User’s continued use of the Service after any changes to the Policy indicates their consent to such changes and/or additions.

The User is obligated to regularly review the content of this Policy to stay informed of any changes in a timely manner.

The Administrator reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to amend and/or supplement the Policy at any time without prior and/or subsequent notification to the User. The new version of the Policy will take effect from the moment it is posted on the Service, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Policy. **If You (the User) do not agree with the provisions of the Policy, please refrain from using the Service and delete your account.**

This Policy and the relationships between Users and the Administrator that arise in connection with its implementation are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
